Data Exportation

This support article has been created to help you request a download of your data from KnowledgeLab.Training.

Users can request a data export from KnowledgeLab.Training. Requesting a data export will provide the requester with a copy of all the data that KnowledgeLab.Training holds about them. Requesting a data export is not a formal subject access request, but can be used to check what data we hold. 

To request an export of your data: 

1. Expand the menu next to your profile picture.
2. Go to ‘Account’ > ‘Export Data’.
3. Select the ‘Request Data Export’ button.

The AntiSocial Engineer Limited will receive your request. We may contact the requester to request identification validation before sending the data.
