Redeeming a Coupon

This support article has been created to help users to redeem their KnowledgeLab.Training coupon code on the checkout page.

If you have been given a coupon code for a free course or discount for any of our materials, you can redeem it in our online shop. To redeem your coupon code: 

1. Visit the knowledgelab.training/shop.
2. Add to basket your desired course, materials, infographics or posters.
3. Using the cart icon in the top right of the screen, expand the menu and select 'Checkout'.
4. Select 'Click here to enter your code'. You can find this between the page title and the billing details section. 
5. Enter your code and select the 'Apply coupon' button. The coupon is not case sensitive. Multiple coupons may not be redeemable in one order. 
6. Complete your billing details and any payment information - if required. 

Remember: To create a strong, secure password, use four completely random words.
