Logging In

This support article has been created to help users log in to the Knowledge Lab platform. 

Registering with a gift card: 

1. Visit: knowledgelab.training/giftcard and create your account.
2. Enter the voucher code when prompted. Ensure the voucher code is entered exactly as printed. The code is case sensitive.
3. Enjoy learning on Knowledge Lab. 

In the unlikely event your code doesn’t work, please email giftcards@theantisocialengineer.com, quoting your registration code. 

Terms and conditions: 

Gift card entitles the user to one year access to Knowledge Lab. Gift card must be used by the expiration date printed on the voucher sleeve. Gift card not redeemable for a cash alternative.

Registering with an enrolment key: 

If you have been assigned a code to start learning them you can register and redeem the code here knowledgelab.training/redeem/.

Logging in:

If you already have an account, then please visit knowledgelab.training/wp-login.php.

Password resets: 

To reset a password, you do this by: 

1. Selecting ‘forgot password’ on the login screen.
2. Visiting knowledgelab.training/my-account/lost-password/.

Ensure that the email address is the same as the one that the account was registered with and does not contain any spaces (including before or after).

If you need not receive a password reset email, firstly check your Spam/Junk folder, if it still isn't there ask support for help.
