Email Group Users

This support article has been written for Group Leaders who want to send emails from the Knowledge Lab platform.

Knowledge Lab allows group leaders to email all or some of the users in their group. The feature can be used to email users that are ‘Not enrolled’, ‘Not started’, ‘In progress’ or ‘Completed’. 

To email users:

1. Visit the Group Management page via the left menu.
2. Select the ‘User Management’ tab. 
3. Under ‘Enrolled Users’, expand the ‘Users’ dropdown and select ‘Email Users’.
4. Complete the email form, choosing which users you’d like to email, a subject line and a message. 
5. You can paste HTML code into the ‘Email Message:’ box, make the ‘Text’ option enabled and not ‘Visual’.
